The New Testament is a fulfillment of the Old Testament that Western civilization has successfully built upon-that Bible message of God’s Love for us is found nowhere else. No other religion -and certainly not atheism-allows such freedom to live based upon the belief that each individual is of value solely because He loves us. Our dignity is based upon that fact as we are created in His image, and our rights come from God. Humans will worship something or be made to. We must find the courage to live Christian lives and share that message with a wounded world as He asks. Thank you for these sharing these articles.

There is no BCE because there is no "common era" except that which is dated to before and after Christ's entry into the world (give or take a few years). Don't believe me? Check out the Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Iranian (Persian), Jewish Hindu and Mohammedan calendars, not to mention the Mayan one, still referenced by a few Central American tribes. But of course, the whole world runs on the calendar that calls this year 2026. 2026 years from what?
Christians need to show courage and speak truth. As individuals, families, annd especially the church. It is our only hope to secure our culture and reclaim our cultural institutions. Being timid and not wanting to offend, is a dangerous road to travel.
The point of the article is well taken, but if the Bible can be quoted with its hateful passages, the same has to be allowed for the Qur'an. And we know what's in there.
