This is horrible. Which states allow child marriages? Who made these immigration laws and why is no one in Congress leading the way to end these “loopholes?”

The article is incorrect. Child marriage, as the author is interpreting it, is not allowed in any state. Even in California, New Mexico, and Mississippi, which have no statutory minimum age, minors require judicial approval to marry. I guess a corrupt (Sharia-sympathetic?) judge might give approval in those states? But in all other states, the minimum age for marriage is 15, 16, or 17, and those late-teens minors require parental and/or judicial approval in order to marry; additionally many of those states have statutory limitations on the age difference between those late-teen minors who wish to marry.

I don't know whether the allegations about USCIS allowing the immigration of would-be child brides are correct. I can easily believe that there are individual Sharia-sympathetic government employees who would cooperate in approving such petitions.

End mass naturalizations, end chain immigration, end the foreign-student-visa scam, end the “Optional Practical Training” program, end all these visa scams now!

Every adult in my zip-code shouldn’t be a foreigner.

I'm guessing the 5% of fiancé visas that are for underage boys are to get them into homosexual 'marriages.' Hard to imagine an adult woman going this route to get a husband.
